The USCA will offer Members several levels of online certification through a professional new age technology applied in a state of the art on line testing program. Once Certified and in good standings with the USCA, you will retain your title achieved for 3 years. United States Chef Association certified chefs will have incredible career advantages over non-members and uncertified chefs.
Membership will include a laminated easy to carry photo ID card establishing proof of membership and certification and a monthly newsletter to keep you up to date on all the current happenings.

Purchase a Membership
Traditionally in the United States today, a chef can only acquire his/her profession trade title (Sous Chef or Executive Chef, etc.) as dictated by a respectable restaurant, hotel or institution. The United States Chef Association will now change the way chefs achieve their professional titles through certifications in four executive levels. Once a chef has met and passed all required examinations he/she will retain their professional chef titles for the duration of three years at which time a mandatory retest will be required.
Good luck members and welcome aboard the largest culinary arts program to be launched since the James Beard Foundation and the only nationwide chef trade association in the United States today. Uniting chefs will prove that there is significant power in numbers as chefs join together through the United States Chef Association.
